Golf is one of those sports that you love or hate or is it that love and hate relationship, Any way it one game that one good shot a round keeps you coming back for more . If you are one of the millions of armature that love the game and has never been able to master it. You are not alone. Do you take two or three shots from the tee box; move the ball back into the fairway by the use of the all too common foot wedge, then use you club to move the ball around until you get that perfect lie. Don` t worry you just out there to have fun and great time with the guy. Right!

My friends and I try to play at least once a week. We are all in our mid to upper fifties, the oldest in his mid sixty. It always seams that the oldest will take the tee box first and drive the ball right down the middle of the fairway, out driving ever one else thirty or forty yards. As the second player finishes his practice swings and gets ready to approach, his ball on the tee the older man will use the common phrase KILL. Putting you in the mind set that you must swing with all you can muster. Each time you will slice or hook the ball thirty or forty yard into the woods or into another fairway.

At this time you will start to analyze your shot, believing it not your fault, the wind was blowing cross the fairway, maybe your are using the wrong ball or you should have used an iron instead of the driver. You begain to belive there is nothing you can do, then you get that one good shot and you realize that you don`t half to KILL.

By the time you figure it out, you are already several strokes behind, then  the ribbing really starts to rev up.
