Help With The New Golf Club Technology That Allows The Shaft To Be Changed That Creates An Open Or Closed Club?

With the new technology that allows the players to change the driver from open to closed, cant I achieve this by simply rotating the club in my hands to open or close the club face?

i guess these days they want you to be able to play golf and have a good time even if you can’t figure out the basic swing motion
