As for the proper shafts for your  95mph see your local pro or club fitter. He should be able  to fit you with the proper shafts which will most likely be regular flex.</description>

		<description>I depends. On any given shot at any given moment the shaft that is too light for your swing speed can affect the ball differently. I really wouldn&#039;t say that the shaft would take off strokes, but the shaft would add a good amount of distance to your drives. For a 95 swing speed, Go with a regular shaft with a 65 gram weight. That should do the trick. Hope I helped.</description>
