I wan to know it if its worth it to go and exchange for another one. I”m only a beginner so its a starter set but I want to know if its going to affect the way I hit it because the dent doesn’t affect the face of the club.

Don’t worry about a dent on the bottom of your club. It will have no effect on your game, nor is it possible to avoid getting nicks on your clubs. Its a fact of the game… if you use your clubs, they will get scratched up over time.
Not unless you have a really bad swing, but even then…no way, your still good to go.
