So, what are some tips to get started. Someone said I could call the golf course place here (see, I know absolutely nothing about golf), and someone could teach me.
I have quite a few questions, though.
Like what does a teenage girl wear to play golf?
what’s a good set of clubs?
and that kinda stuff.

Short or tennis skirts are perfectly acceptable if the weather is warm enough. Most courses frown on blue jeans.
I would recommend that you take at least one lesson (more if you can) to learn the basic fundamentals of the golf swing. Start out with good habits because it is very hard to break bad habits in your swing. A good instructor can guide you to good clubs and most courses have clubs you can rent until you find the right set for you. Spending a thousand dollars or more on golf clubs won’t necessarily make you play any better than a couple hundred dollar set (used clubs would be an option to get better clubs for a lower price than new). What I mean is that you may not want to invest a fortune into equipment until you know that you really enjoy the game.
Golf is a lot of fun but it isn’t easy and takes a lot of work to be good at it.
Golf courses have a Pro that works there and offer lessons. Ask other people that golf if they can recommend a good instructor. The really good teachers get a huge amount of word-of-mouth advertising from people that they have helped.
